Where Were You When I Failed?

 Lord, 

I tried to succeed, but failed. 

Where were you, Lord?

God: 

I was there all along, 

wondering when you were going to stop trying to use your own strength. 

I hated to see your failure, 

but you never let me help you. 

Does it Upset You that I Get Bored in Church?

 Lord, 

Sometimes I feel bored in church. 

I don't feel like singing

or standing. 

I sit and write my to-do list. 

I know I should be involved in the worship, 

I just don't feel like it sometimes

Does that upset you? 

God: 

I always want to be in commune with you

I don't like to be ignored

You ignore me when you don't sing

You ignore me when you ignore the preacher

I have something to tell you, 

I'm using him to tell you. 

Pay attention, 

Praise me

Because I have something to tell you. 

You will rejoice and sing when you receive it. 

Who Do Some People Blame You for Their Problems?

 Lord,

Why do some people blame you for their problems? 

God, 

They refuse to accept responsibility

For their choices

If they would let me guide them,

They would have less problems.

Lord, 

What do you say to those who believe in evolution?

God: 

Evolution was created by man

I created everything else

Who Do Children Die?

 Lord, 

Why do children die? 

It seems unfair

They didn't get to live their lives to the fullest

They didn't get a chance

God: 

The heart of a child is so joyful

They love, it comes naturally

I the right environment, they thrive

You lose them and you cry

They are happy here

They are filled with joy

More than you know

Or you wouldn't feel so sad for them

 Lord, 

Do you love all people?

God:

I created them

therefore I love them

Why Are Some People Born Disabled?

 Lord, 

Why are some people born disabled?

God, 

I made some people special

To bring out the love in others

So they can be loved

And know they are special
